Roshani Sitaula joined O'Brien Immigration, PC in 2013 and is the firm's Operations Director and an experienced immigration paralegal with over a decade of experience in immigration law. She works closely with immigrant communities from Nepal and many other countries and has extensive experience in asylum, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, and citizenship matters, while also supervising legal staff and managing time-sensitive cases.
Before joining the firm, Roshani worked as a freelance translator and interpreter, as well as a teacher and research assistant. She holds two Master of Science degrees in Environmental Management and Geology from universities in Germany and a bachelor's degree in geology from Tribhuvan University in Nepal.
